Terms and Conditions

All appointments including online appointments last 60 minutes unless negotiated separately.

When an appointment time has been agreed I will send you electronically my terms of therapy which I will ask you to read, sign and return 

Payment 24 hours before scheduled time will confirm your appointment.  If payment is not received then it will be understood that you no longer require the appointment and it will be cancelled.

Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate as will appointments missed without notice.

Due to COVID-19 I have all the required guidelines in place at my clinic and you will be asked to wear your mask and sanitise your hands as you enter the clinic. There is a full size screen in my room and plenty of air circulation and we can discuss whether we continue to wear masks or not during the appointment.  All surfaces are sanitised and I have a 30 minute gap between each client to ensure thorough cleansing. 

I try and keep this website as up to date as possible and as of the beginning of 2021 I am following my governing body guidelines and I am only working remotely and not seeing any clients face2face at my clinic in Hove.  Therefore please see the revised times I am available for remote appointments.

General Data Protection Regulation 2018

Subject to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, minimal notes about my client sessions are kept securely and in line with good practice and ethical standards they are used only as an aide memoire. No one else will have access to them and will be held for 7 years.  No electronic records are kept on my clients, save their email address and mobile telephone number through which we would occasionally communicate for the purpose of making appointments or clarification thereof.  Any identifying data on any client will be held securely and separate to any notes which will have an assigned reference code for identification purposes.
